Title deeds, sometimes single conveyances, sometimes bundles including leases, abstracts of title and registration documents. Some are for properties sold, including transfer of chancel liability. The properties are in Eton and elsewhere and there is overlap with the leases expired series (COLL/LE)

These documents were kept by the Estates Manager in brown envelopes. There were some signs of a system of arrangement by estate and numbering within that but no numbering of individual items (eg Datchet 33 might contain one or 12 documents). Other envelopes were not numbered at all. They have therefore been given running numbers. In a few instances individual documents on a property (notably Old Place and Boveney Court Farm) were given their own envelopes even though similar documents for other properties were part of the bundle, and these documents have been given individual numbers. It is not known why this was done for these particular properties.
