Grant by Nicholas Whaddon and Agnes, his wife, to Richard Smyth, of New Windsor, of 5 acres and a rood of arable land lying separately in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redynge, of which 1 rood lies between the land of John Bullok, junior, and the land of Thomas ate Novene and extends from the land late of John Pomgreyt to the land of the said Thomas, and another rood lies between the land late of the said John Pomfreyt and the land of Geoffrey Mathew and extends from Pouelane to the land of the said Thomas, and ½ acre lies on Poughtlesham between the land sometime of Richard Horsulle and the land of Roger Fremeld and extends from the land of Robert Openor to the land of the said Geoffrey, and 1 rood lies on Northwerthe between the land of John Towe and the land of Sir Nicholas Caperon and extends from the common path to the land of William Bullok, and 3 roods lie together between the land of Thomas ate Novene and the land of the said Geoffrey and extends from the land of John Towe to the land of the said Thomas into le Rugwey, and 3 roods lie together on Astworthe between the land sometime of Thomas Harpecote and the land of John Mathew and extend from the Thames to the land sometime of Thomas Holbode, and 2 acres of meadow lie together in the meadow of Windsor, between the meadow, sometime of Thomas Sy now of John Parkere, and the meadow, sometime of Thomas de Shawe, and extend from the land, sometime of Nicholas Holmere, to the land, sometime of Thomas de Shawe, and ½ acre of meadow lies next the Thames between the land of Thomas ate Novene and the land of John Mathew and extends from the land of John Towe to the land, sometime of Thomas Harpecote.
