Quitclaim by Joh Avelyn, brother and heir of Robert Avelyn, of New Windsor, to John Bythewode, son and heir of Hugh Bythewode, of the same, of all his right in 3 crofts of pourpresture land lying together between the King’s forest and the land of Nicholas Scy, and extending at one end onto the King’s way and at the other onto the land of the said Nicholas.
Witnesses: Ralph Chypps, William Tyler, Thomas Kyngeston, Roger Wayte, Henry Hunte and others. Given at Windsor Tuesday before the feast of St Luke the evangelist 1 Henry VI.
