Content description
Grant by John Scharpe, of New Windsor, to John Northefolk, of the same, and Isabel, his wife, daughter of the grantor, of a booth situated at a corner opposite the castle in the market place of Windsor between the booth of John Place, sometime of John Pallyng and the King’s way which leads from Bosestake towards the castle, extending at one end onto the tenement of John Bullok, sometime of Robert Hertle and at the other onto the King’s way which leads from Pescodstrate to the castle gate.
Witnesses: John Wodegrym, vicar of the parish church of New Windsor, Thomas Jamys, chaplain, James Chaundeller, Robert Coterell, and others.
