Grant by Richard Mathewe, son and heir of John Mathew, of New Windsor, to Robert Bollo, esquire of the King, of the same, of a curtilage in Underor called Mathewyscroft next le Pythle of Robert Uppenor, and an eyte called Matheweseyte next le Flodegonge of the mill of the abbot of Reding in Underore, and 12 acres of arable land lying separately in Underor, and 4 acres 3 roods of meadow lying separately in Underor in the fee of the abbot of Reding, which the said Richard inherited after the death of Geoffrey Mathewe, his uncle.
Witnesses: John Bullok, senior, John Bullok, junior, William Thowe, John Bayly, Thomas Coupere, John Spraket, John Pumfrete and many others.
Given at New Windsor in Underor Monday on the feast of St Katherine the virgin 5 Henry VI.
