Windsor, Berkshire: Grant of messuage

Grant by John Coryngham and William Byngham, clerks, to master Robert Bolley, squire, and Isabel, his wife, of a corner messuage with a curtilage adjacent in New Windsor between the messuage of the said Robert, sometime of William atte Pylle, afterwards of Sir John de Massyngham, clerk, afterwards of John Maughtyld, and a way called Newestret, extending from the King’s way which leads through the middle of Windsor towards the Thames bridge to the land of the said Robert, sometime of John Place. The premises were formerly of William Vannere, tawyer, and had by the grantors of the gift of Robert Dutton, citizen and sadeler of London, by charter given at New Windsor 4 May 3 Henry VI.
Witnesses: Ralph Chippys, steward of the guild hall there, John Moreere, Peter Tydaude, then bailiffs, William Sherman, Joh Perys, John Burdon, Stephen Wade and many others.
