Grant by Nicholas Clerke alias Hayward, brother of Agnes Bayly, late of New Windsor, to William Bolley, son of Robert Bolley, of the same, of a cottage lying Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng between the messuage sometime of Richard Bullok on the east and the messuage of William Smyzth on the west, extending at one end onto the King's way on the south and at the other onto the curtilage sometime of Adam Caperon on the north.
