Quitclaim by William Dene, of Asseburnham, co. Bucks, cousin and right heir of John Dene, late of New Windsor, co. Berks, to Thomas Bythewod of all his right in the lands and tenements late of John Dene lying in the parish of New Windsor, which he inherited after the death of the said John.
Witnesses: John Godeman, then mayor of the town of New Windsor, Richard Grenewey and William Fraunceys, bailiffs, John Scotte, William Hether, Thomas Symonette, Thomas Broune, Thomas Baker and many others. Given at Windsor 25 September 8 Edward IV.
