Content description
Indenture of lease for 9 years by Henry Bolley to Stephen Merston and William Colwell of a tenement called Felyes and a cottage called Cok of Kentys with their appurtenances lying in New Windsor in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng, and all their lands in Old Windsor. To hold from Michaelmas last. Yearly rent 5 marks, payable in equal portions at the Annunciation and Michaelmas, with license for the said Henry to enter and distrain if the rent is in arrears.
