Grant by Henry Bolley, gentilman, son and heir of Robert Bolley, and Agnes, his wife, late of New Windsor, co. Berks, to William Blakeman and John Steward, citizens and chandlers of London, John Elryngton, senior, and Robert Forster, gentilman, of a messuage lately called Cok of Kentys, situated in New Windsor in Undirore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng between the King's way towards le southest and the water of the Thames towards le northwest and the land of Stephen Merston and Robert Garrard on the north; and another messuage in Undirore situated under the foot of the bridge there between the King's way on the wouth and the land of John Wright on the north; and 67 acres 3 roods of land 27 acres 3 roods of meadow lying in diverse parcels in Undirore; 6d rent issuing from 3 acres of land of Simon Daley there, and 3d rent from 3 acres of land of William Bullok there, and 20d rent from diverse lands and tenements called le Crowne there and 4d rent from diverse other lands and tenements in Unirore; which he inherited after the death of the said Agnes, his mother.
