Grant by John Frymley, of Eton, to master John Gonthorpp, clerk, William Parker, of the King's household, Robert Gerard and John Buknell of a tenement with shops gardens and curtilages adjacent situated in New Windsor in the parish of Clewer in the street called Bisshopestrete between the tenement sometime of Lucy Place on the north and the tenement of John Pynke, sometime of Richard Bulman on the south and the King's way on the east and the garden sometime of Thomas Holbode, now of William Lakon, a King's justice of the pleas, and Sibil, his wife, on the west, which the grantor had of the gift of Margaret Piers, widow.
