Grant by Thomas Passhe, clerk, to Thomas Rolff, of New Windsor, of a messuage in New Windsor with a garden adjacent between the messuage sometime of Thomas Plomer on the north and the tenement and garden of John Perys, sometime of John Philipp, and the garden late of John Horne, junior, someitme of William Pope, and the garden sometime of John Benfeld and the garden of Gilbert Saxilby and the garden of Richard SKynner and the lane there called Tulleland on the south, extending at the east end onto the King's street, the garden of the said John Perys and the garden late of the said John Horne, and at the west end onto the dike called Goseweldich; which together with John Arundell, clerk, now defunct, he lately had of the gift of John Wenlok, knight, and Michael Connynggrave, sadiller.
