Grant by Robert Elyot, John Peyse and William Witherys, clerks, to David Haubroke, clerk, and Richard Clerk, yoman, of a messuage with a garden adjacent in the town of New Windsor, co. Berks, in the street called Prestistrete opposite the King's gaol ewteen the tenement late of William Knoller, now of Joan, relict of Richard Maryner, on the south and the messuage pertaining to the King's College of Eton, co. Bucks, on the north, and the street called Prestisstrete on the west and the land there called le Oldehawes on the east which they lately had of the gift of master Thomas Baker, clerk.
Witnesses: Thomas Eugely, then mayor of the borough of Windsor, Robert Legat and John Buknell, bailiffs, John Toller, John Josepp and others. Given at Windsor 26 March 22 Edward IV.
