Arbitration of John Scotte and Robert Woddeford, gentylmen, in the dispute between Richard Passhe, actor and complainant, and Master John Personnes and Master John Spark, clerks, defendants, concerning lands in Newe Wyndesore, Olde Wyndesore and Clewer (ECR 13 897). Richard Passhe shall, by the feast of the Purification next following, enfeoff the defendants of a messuage with a garden adjoining lying in Newe Wyndesore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng called Underowre, and of 7 acres 3 roods of arable land in Underowre Felde, and after this feoffment shall, before the same date, deliver a deed of release with a warranty to the defendants, after which the defendants shall pay £11 13s 4d for a final concord to be had.
