Bond by Oliver Turnor, groom of the King's crown, to pay Richard Warde, of Clewar, co. Berks, £40 sterling on the feast of the Annunciation next following.

Seal.
The condition of the bond is that if the said Oliver delivers all evidences concerning all his houses gardens etc in New Windsor Undre Ore lying in the lordship and parish of Clewar, and makes sufficient estate in law of and in the premises to the said Richard before the stated term, then the bond shall be annulled.
