Grant by John Sparke, clerk, Edward Bulstrode, Thomas Ramsey and George Bardesey, gentleman, to William Lynde and John Mason of a messuage with a garden adjacent in New Windsor, co. Berks, and 7 acres 3 roods of arable land lying in the fee of the abbot of Redyng in Underourefelde, which they lately had, together with John Person, clerk, now defunct, of the gift of John Scott, gentilman.
