Indenture of 4 November 4 Henry VIII between Richard Fytzwater, of New Windsor, co. Berk, on one part, and William Hunderlyng alias William Dyer, of Eton, co. Buk, brewer, and Joan, his wife, on the other, by which the latter sell, together with all their title thereto, a croft of land lying in Wyndesor in the fee of the aboot of REdyng called Underowre, which Andrew Bereman now holds to farm of John Knyght, of Dachett, for a price of £9 of which £4 is already paid, the residue to be paid when the said Richard has a sufficient estate in the said croft (conditions specified).
