Grant by John Knyght, of New Windsor, in performance of a bargain made with Thomas Hobbys, clerk, now defunct, and for a sum of money, to Michael Dadisley, Edmund Wyngat, clerks, and John Shawe of all his lands and tenements situated in the parish of New Windsor which he lately had together with John Morgan, John Vaghan, clerks, John Scott, esquire and John Cunryke, now defunct, of a gift of Thomas Cunrike and William Slaughtor, of New Windsor; to hold for the use of Richard Rothall and Agnes, his wife, and the heirs of the said Agnes, sister of the said Thomas Hobbys.
