Surrey, on behalf of himself and Henry Coape, and Joanna Coape, of Clapham, spinster, James Bennett, of Walthamstow, co. Essex, and Nathaniel Jaman, of London, surviving executors of the will of Mr John Coape, deceased, and guardians of John and Maria Coape, infants, of all their messuages and tenements in the parish of St Martin in the Vintry. From Christmas last for 40 years. Rent £10.
