Edward Palmer, Coleshill, to the Rev. Mr Betham, Greenford near Southall, Middlesex, giving his opinion that the fine of £138 17s 11d, which he has fixed for the College tenants at Everdon, should be paid by them. Though the enclosure cost them upwards of £400, they have been repaid by the improvement.
