Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Bridget Charman, widow, to Adery Hill, of Eton, tailor, of a messuage or tenement called the Cocke with a little garden and a little backside adjoining the cartway leading from the common lane into the tenement in the tenure of Gregory Baker, gentleman, being now in the occupation of Dr David Stokes. The premises are now in the tenure and occupation of the said Hill. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d and 2 fat capons at Christmas.
