Endorsed by Richard Topham (signature) that this represents a fair statement of the bounds of the properties of Eton College and St George's, who had referred the matter to him for settlement. He describes it as in the occupation of Lady Fretchvile [Anna, widow of John Frescheville, Baron Frescheville of Staveley. She was a Lady of the Bedchamber to Queen Anne and died in 1717]. The map is annotated: A Plan or Mapp of a house and garden in Priest Street in Windsor lett to Mr. Pearse/ No.4
