Grant by William Kent, of New Windsor, to Richard Smyth of New Windsor, of ½ acre and 3 roods of arable land lying separately in the parish of Windsor in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redynge, of which ½ acre lies on the cultura called Outlesham between the land of the said Richard on either side, and 2 roods lie together in the said cultura between the land sometime of Thomas Harpecote, now of the said Richard, on the east, and the land of Thomas Fayrfelde on the west, and 1 rood lies there between the land of the said abbot on the north and the land of Thomas ate Novene on the south.
