Grant by Joan Longe, relict of Henry Longe, of the parish of New Windsor, in her full liege power and widowhood, to John Page, of Benfled, and Richard Reynald alias Richard Duke, taylor, of the parish of Warfelde, of a cottage with a curtilage adjacent in Spytelstret, in the parish of Windsor, between the land of the Hospital of St Peter on the north and the land of John Chippys, sometime of John Riche on the south, and extending from the King’s street to the land of the said Hospital.
Witnesses: Ralph Chippys, John Bythewode, Roger Wayte, John Chippys, Thomas ate Dene, and many others. Given at Spytelstret in the parish of Windsor 20 December 2 Henry VI.
