Grant by John Maughtell, of New Windsor, husbondemanus, to Robert Bollo, esquire, of the same, of a messuage and garden adjacent in Windsor in the fee of the lord of Clyfware, situated between the messuage of John Reynys, knight, sometime of John Bromyng on the east and the messuage of the said Robert Bollo sometime of Hugh Tangele on the west, and extending from the King’s way to the tenement of the said Robert, somtime of the said Hugh Tangelee.
Witnesses: William Scherman, steward of the guild of the town, Stephen Wade and Robert Coterell, then bailiffs there, Richard Smyth, William Touwe, John Perys, John Bayly and many others. Given at Windsor Sunday before the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed virgin Mary 5 Henry VI.
