Grant by John Cole, clerk, and William Mathewe, of Wynton, chaundeler, to Robert Bolley, of New Windsor, esquire, of 15 acres of arable land lying separately within the parish of New Windsor, of which 1 acre lies in a place called le Hulle, 1 acre in the field called Esthurst, 1 acre in the field called Spelthurst, 4 acres separately in the field called le Heyghfeld, and 8 acres separately in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redynge, which they had of the gift of John Mathewe, cousin of the said William.
Witnesses: William Hunte Sherman, steward of the merchant guild of the borough of Windsor, Robert Coterell, Stephen Wade, then bailiffs, John Bullok, senior, John Bullok, junior, Thomas Coupere, John Coupere, and many others. Given at Windsor Wednesday before the feast of the Apostles Philip and James 5 Henry VI.
