Grant by Thomas Hayton, of Bergh, co. Surrey, gentleman, to Robert Bollowe, esquire, and Isabel, his wife, of a toft of land lying in the town of New Windsor between the tenement of the said Robert on the west and the tenement of Alice Towe, relict of John Towe, on the east, and the garden of Thomas Porfyt on the north, and the King’s way leading towards the bridge of the town on the south.
Witnesses: Ralph Chippys, steward of the merchant guild of the town, Thomas Kyngeston, William Scherman, John Cler, Stephen Wade, William Towe, chaundeler and others. Given at New Windsor 18 November 8 Henry VI.
