Quitclaim by Thomas Hayton, of Bergh, co. Surrey, gentilman, to Robert Bollowe, esquire, and Isabel, his wife, of all his right in a toft of land, sometime called Dyers lying in the town of New Windsor between the tenement of the said Robert on the west and the tenement of Alice Towe, relict of John Towe, on the east, and the garden of Thomas Profyt on the north, and the King’s way leading towards the town bridge on the south.
Witnesses: Ralph Chippys, steward of the merchant guild of the town, Thomas Kyngeston, William Scherman, John Cler, Stephen Wade, William Towe, William Chaundeller and others. Given at New Windsor 28 November 8 Henry VI.
