Windsor, Berkshire: Quitclaim of messuage

Quitclaim by John Coryngham and William Byngham, clerks, to Robert Bolley, squier, and Isabel, his wife, of all their right in a corner messuage with a curtilage adjacent in New Windsor between the messuage of the said Robert, sometime of William atte Pylle, afterwards of Sir John de Massyngham, clerk, afterwards of John Maughtyld, and a lane called Newestret, extending from the King's way which leads through the middle of Windsor towards the Thames bridge to the land of the said Robert, sometime of John Place; which the said Robert and Isabel have of the gift of the said John and William, and which were sometime of William Vanner, tawyer.
Witnesses: Ralph Chippys, steward of the guild hall of the town, John Morere, Peter Tybaude, then bailiffs, William Towe, Thomas Profet and many others.
