Exemplification of a charter of Robert Dutton, citizen and sadelere of London, to master John Coryngham, and William Byngham, clerks, granting all the messuages rents etc in Underore in New Windsor, co. Berks, which he had of the gift of John Clifford, esquire, and Roger Assent (by charter given at New Windsor Michaelmas 9 Henry V), witnesses Ralph Chippes, then steward seneschal of the guild hall there, John Piers and William Towe, then bailiffs, William Sherman, Thomas Profyte, Nicholas Fraunceys, James Chaundeler and others, given at New Windsor 4 May 3 Henry VI.
Witnesses: Ralph Chippys, steward of the guild hall, John Morere, Peter Tybaud, then bailiffs, Stephen Wade, Robert Fors and many others. Given at Windsor 22 February 8 Henry VI.
The said John Coryngham has alienated of the premises to Robert Bolley and Isabel, his wife, a corner messuage with a curtilage adjacent, sometime of William Vannere, between the lane called Newestret and the messuage sometime of William atte Pylle, afterwards of John Maughtild.
