Windsor, Berkshire: Grant of land

To all faithful etc. Robert Bolley, of New Windsor, squier, greeting. The said Robert has granted to Thomas Broket, John Agelyon, William Bocher, of Colbrok, Robert Prycke, yemen, Nicholas Walton, Philip Parker, citizen and bowyere of London, and William Malthouse, now defunct, all the lands, tenements, etc. which he had in the towns and parishes of New Windsor, both in the fee of the abbot of Redynge and of the King, co. Berks, Eton, Boveneye, Dorenye and Bekensflede, co. Bucks, on condition that the grantees or those of them surviving shall re-feoff the said Robert whenever he shall require it, and if the said Robert shall fo the way of all flesh before such requisition he wills that the feoffees shall enfeoff John Ramseye, his servant, of all the tenement sometime Felles situated in the fee of the abbot of Redyng, with 5 acres of arable aldn lying separately in the parish of New Windsoe, of which 3½ acres lately were of John Mathew, one acre lying in SPelthurst next Powkelane and 2½ acres lying together in le Heyfeld next Powkelane, and 1 half acre lies in Underore under la Hulle sometime Ysslepys, and 2 half acres sometime of John Mathew lie separately on Northworth one of them between the land late of John Towe and land of Thomas Pomfreyt and the other between the land late of Robert Mathew and the land sometime Isslepys, to be held by the said John Ramseye for life. And the said John shall pay to Richard Mulleward, another servant of the said Robert, in recompense of a house, to the said Richard below ordained, 5 marks. And after the death of the said John the tenement and 5 acres shall revert to the right heirs of the said Robert.
And the said grantees shall enfeoff the said Richard with a messuage sometime of Thomas Mogynhod situated in the fee of the abbot of Redyng and 5 acres of land lying separately in the parish of Windsor, of which 1 half acre, sometime of John Mathew, lies in le Heyfled extending at one end onto the King's way which leads from Windsor towards Stanes and 1 acre, sometime of John Mathew, lies in Heyfled at Sanputtes between the land of John Thorpp and the land of Richard Openore, and 1 acre lies in Esturst between the land of Richard Smyth and the land of William Knoller, and 1 acre lies on Openoreshull between the land of John Avelyn and the land of Richard Smyth, and 1 half acre, sometime Ysslep, lies at Northworth in the fee of the abbot between the land late of John Bullok, senior, and land late of Robert Mathew, and 1 half acre, sometime of John Mathew, lies there between land late of John Bullok, senior, on the west and the land late of Robert Mathew on the east, and 1 rood lies in the same cultura and is a headland there, and 1 rood lies on Astwoth between the green path and the land of Richard Smyth, to be held by the said Richard for life, with remainder to the right heirs of the said Robert.
