Quitclaim by Agnes Whaddon, of Waltham Laurence, in her full liege power and widowhood to Richard Smyth, of New Windsor, of all his right in 3 acres of arable land lying in the parish of New Windsor in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redynge and in 2 acres of meadow lying towards in the King's fee in the cultura called le Merssh.
Witnesses: William Hunte Sherman, stewared of the guild hall there, John Benet, John Perys, then bailiffs, Richard Jurdan, John Morere and many others. Given at Windsor Monday before the feast of St Clement pope 14 Henry VI.
