Bond by John Norfolk, of Windsor, chapman, and Thomas Swan, of the same, co. Berks, baker, to pay Robert Bolley, esquire, or his attorney £10 sterling at Easter next.
Given 21 February 14 Henry VI.
The condition of the bond is that if the said Robert Bolley and his heirs have and enjoy a corner shop in a place called Merkatstede in the town of Windsor next the tenement of John Bullok and the tenement of the said Robert, bought by the said Robert from the said John Norfolk, without obstruction, then the bond shall be annulled.
