Grant by William, marquess of Suffolk, John Noreys, William Perkyns, Richard Verney and John Pury, esquires, to the King of their manor called le Mote and all the lands, tenements etc. which they had of the gift of Ralph Verney, citizen and mercer of the city of London, in New Windsor, Old Windsor and Clewer, co. Berks.
Witnesses: Robert Warbulton, Richard Restwolde, Robert Englefeld, Edward Langford, John Iwarby, Robert Bolley, esquires, and many others. Given 16 February 24 Henry VI.
Two seals (William Perkyns and John Pury?).
Over the tab of the first (missing) seal is the signature of "Suffolk".
