Grant by Henry Chitte, of New Windsor, to Nicholas Knysght and Maryon, his wife, of the same, of a messuageg lying in New Windsor in the street called le Schetestrete between the messuage of RIchard Smystht on one side and the messuage of John Pesocke on the other, extending from the King's way to the garden of Hugh Dyer.
Witnesses: John Avelyn, then mayor of the borough of New Windsor, Edmund Pery and John Rowland, then bailiffs, Richard Smystht, Thomas Kengiston, Thomas Stamford, John Kemsale, Richard Poope, Nicholas Derver, Nicholas Ymberr and many others. Given at New Windsor Monday on the vigil of St Katherine the virgin 22 Henry VI.
