Grant by John Pury, esquire, to Robert Bolley, esquire, of a toft with a garden adjacent in New Windsor in Underore in the parish of Cliware between the tenements of the said Robert on either side, and a shop opposite the castle gate of Windsor lying between the shops of the said Robert on either side.
Witnesses: John Avelyn, then mayor of the town, John Roulond, and Emond Pery, then bailiffs, John Bithewode, John Bailly and others. Given at Windsor 20 September 22 Henry VI.
