Windsor, Berkshire: Counterpart of concord
Item
Mid 1452
Counterpart of final concord made in the King's court at Westminster Easter 30 Henry VI (1452) before John Prysot, Thomas Fulthorp, William Aysshcogh, John Portyngton, Nicholas Aysseton, Peter Ardern and Robert Danvers, justices, and others, between the King, plaintiff, and Thomas Pryke and Sibil, his wife, deforciants, of 100 acres of pasture in New Windsor called Mildenhales, of which a plea of covenant was summoned between them in the said court. The said deforciants recognise the said 100 acres of pasture to be the right of the King as those which the King has of the gift of the said deforciants, and remit and quitclaim them to the King, for which quitclaim the King has given them 100 marks silver.
