Grant by Thomas Swanne, of New Windsor, co. Berks, to Agnes Bolley, relict of Robert Bolley, late of the King's household, esquire, now defunct, and Elizabeth, daughter of the said Robert and Agnes, of a tenement with garden adjacent in the town of Windsor aforesaid in the fee of the abbot of Redynge, situated between the tenement late of John Benet on the south and the tenement late of John Symound alias Hunte on the north, abutting at one end onto the King's street towards the west and at the other towards the tenement late of John Molle on the east, which he had together with John Benet, now defunct, of the gift of John Mathewe, of Windsor. To be held by the said Agnes and Elizabeth, and the heirs of the body of Elizabeth, with remainder to Henry Bolley, son of the said Robert and Agnes.
