Quitclaim by Thomas Swanne of New Windsor, co. Berks, to Agnes Bolley, relict of Robert Bolley, late of the King's household, esquire, and Elizabeth, daughter of the said Robert and Agnes, of all his right in a tenement with garden adjacent in the town of Windsor in the fee of the abbot of Redynge between the tenement late of John Benet on the south and the tenement late of John Symound alias Hunte on the north, abutting at one end onto the King's street towards the west and at the other towards the tenement late of John Molle on the east.
