Inspeximus by Richard, duke of York etc and Justice Itinerant of the King's forests on this side Trent, of a record in an eyre of the forest of Wyndesor held at the borough of Wyndesor on the morrow of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross 30 Henry VI, to the effect that the Provost and College of Eton were summoned to show by what warranty they claim their liberties within the said forest. And they, by William Okeden, their attorney, claimed their liberties by their charter of 25 February 23 Henry VI (fully recited).
