Grant by David Brownyng, of London, brewer, and Hugh Aylewyn alias Dyer, of New Windsor, to John Wenlok, Knight, William Cotton, esquire, Robert West, of Hertford, carpenter, and Michael, and Michael Connynggrave, of the same, sadiller, of a tenement situated in Windsor with a garden adjacent between the messuage sometime of Thomas Plomer on the north and the tenement and garden of John Perys sometime of John Phillipp the garden late of John Horn, junior, sometime William Pope the garden sometime of John Benfeld the garden sometime of Gilbert Saxilby the garden sometime of Richard Skynner and the lane called Tullelane on the south, and extending at the east end onto the King's street onto the garden of the said John Perys and the garden late of the said John Horn and at the west end onto the dike called Gosewelldich; which was late of the said John Perys, late of Windsor, taillor, and Isabel, his wife.
Witnesses: .... Forster, steward of the merchant guild of the town of Windsor, John Fuller, then bailiff, John Otteway, William Stevyns, Geoffrey Pastay, and many others. Given at Windsor 26 April 31 Henry VI.
