Grant by William Bolley, son and heir of Robert Bolley, of New Windsor, esquire, defunct, to Thomas Carter, of Burnham, co. Bucks, and John Avelyn, of New Windsor, of all the lands, tenements etc, in the towns and parishes of Clewar, New Windsor and Old Windsor, co. Berks which he inherited after the death of Robert Bolley, his father, and Isabel, his mother, daughter and heir of John Place.
Witnesses: Hugh Alewyn, then mayor of New Windsor, John Otewey, William Towe, John Bythewode, Roger Sherman and others.
