Grant by John Wenlok, Knight, and Michael Connynggrave, of Hertford, sadiller, to John Arundell, clerk, and Thomas Passh, of a tenement with a garden adjacent which they lately had together with William Cotton, esquire, and Robert West, of Hertford, carpenter, now defunct, of the gift of David Brownyng, of London, brewer, and Hugh Aylewyn alias Dyer, of New Windsor, in the town of New Windsor.
Witnesses: Hugh Aylewyn alias Dyer, then mayor of the town, Roger Phasnam and Thomas Sherman, then bailiffs, John Oldewode, Richard Grenewey, Roger Sherman, Thomas Hampton, William Punchon and many others.
