Appointment by master William Westbury, Provost of the Royal College of Eton, of master John Boner, clerk, and David Whitechurch as his attorney to receive from John Fardenere, of Ever, co. Bucks, and Joan his wife, full seisin of a messuage with a garden adjacent in New Windsor in the street called le Prestestrete opposite the gaol between the tenement late of William Knoller, now of Richard Maryner, on the south and the messuage pertaining to the said College on the north, abutting at one end onto the King's way on the west and at the other onto le Oldehawes on the east.
