Appointment by John Gardenere, of Ever, co. Bucks, and Joan his wife, of John Oldewode and Thomas Gyberd as their attorneys to deliver to master William Westbury, Provost of the Royal College of Eton, full seisin of a messuage with a garden adjacent in New Windsor in the street called le Prestestrete opposite the gaol between the tenement late of William Knoller, now of Richard Maryner on the south and the messuage pertaining to the said College on the north, abutting at one end onto the King's way on the west and at the other onto le Oldehawes on the east.
