Indenture between master William Westburi, Provost of the Royal College of the Blessed Mary of Eton, on one part, and masters Thomas Barker and John Boner, clerks, David Whitchurche and Richard Profete, his feoffors, on the other, by which the said William Westburi wills that the said feoffors, of those of them survive, shall, whenver they shall be reasonable required, enfeoff the said William Westburi with a messuage with a garden adjacent, with which heh had lately been enfeoffed (ECR 13 814) and which he had lately granted (ECR 13 820) to the said Thomas, John, David and Richard.
