Grant by William Westbury, clerk, Provost of the Royal College of the Blessed Mary of Eton, to master Thomas Barker and master John Boner, clerks, David Whitchurche, and Richard Profet of a messuage with a garden adjacent situated in New Wyndesore in the street called le Preststrete opposite the gaol between the tenement late of William Knoller, now of Richard Marinere on the south and the messuage pertaining to the said College on the north, abutting at one end onto the King's way on the west and at the other onto le Oldehawed on the east, which he lately had of the gift of John Gardenere, of Evere, co. Bucks, and Joan, his wife, by charter of 6 April 34 Henry VI (ECR 13 819).
