Quitclaim by John Gardenere, of Ever, and Joan, his wife, to master William Westbury, Provost of the Royal College of Eton, of all their right in a messuage with a garden adjacent situated in New Windsor in the street called le Prestestrete opposite the gaol between the tenement late of William Knoller now of Richard Marynew on the south and the messuage pertaining to the said College on the north, abutting at one end onto the King's way on the west and at the other onto le Oldehawes on the east, which they lately had of the gift of Richard Smyth, Roger Wayte, Thomas Symenot, of New Windsor and John Broune of Cleware.
