A farm of £13 6s 8d from the alien priory of Cogges, a cell of the abbey of Fecamp, was granted to the college in the original endowment of 25 March 1441. The grant was confirmed in 1468.
In 1462, Edward IV granted the former priory to Eton College [ECR 39/127].

The records catalogued as ECR 47 relate partly to the college estate at Coggs, co. Oxford (1 to 62), and partly (63 to 159) to various estates of which the main bulk of documents were kept in a different drawer in the Library and are thus catalogued elsewhere.
