Lease for 101 years be William Bullok and William Hether, procurators and wardens of the church of St John the Baptist of New Windsor, to John Colby, of the same, and Isabel, his wife, of a place of land lying in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng between the tenement of William Norman on the east and the tenement late of Thomas Capron on the west, the King's way on the south and the garden late of Thomas Hayward on the north. To hold from Michaelmas next. Yearly rent 4d at Michaelmas.
